We have been Disclosure checked, copies will be supplied on acceptance of a booking. You can rest assured that your home will be in safe hands.

Q: Will I meet my dog walker?

Yes, CrazyK9's offer a free face-to-face consultation to understand your dog's requirements, their personality and to find out what you expect from your dog's walk.

Q: What do you do in case of an emergency?

You will be phoned immediately in the event of an emergency. When you make your booking we ensure that you have given us emergency contact details as well as details of your veterinary surgery. If veterinary assistance is required we will take your dog to your named surgery, or if the circumstances warrant to the nearest veterinary clinic possible. For minor injuries we carry a first aid kit.

Q. Does my dog have to wear a tag and be micro chipped?

Any dog in a public place must wear a tag with the name and address including postcode of the owner engraved or written on it. You can be fined up to £5,000 if your dog does not wear an identification tag. We would strongly advise that your dog should be micro chipped.

Q: Does my dog have to be vaccinated?

For the health and safety of all other dogs that your dog may be walked with, it should be vaccinated and on a regular flea and worming program.

Q: How many dogs are walked at one time?

This depends on breeds, age and personality of the dogs within the group.

Q: My dog can be aggressive with other dogs or people, can you still walk him?

We would advise that a group walk would not be possible for a dog that could potentially harm another dog, but we could try to accommodate your dog on a one-to-one walk. If your dog showed aggression towards the walker then we would have to terminate the contract with immediate effect.

Q: Do you walk dogs off the lead?

All dogs will be walked on their leads unless permission is given by the customer for the dog to be walked off the lead. If permission is given however, with a new dog we prefer to start by using a long lead until they are used to us.

Q: I only require my dog walking 2 days a week, can you help?

Yes, we are happy to provide all services as an when you require.

Q: Can I book you for a pet home visit to feed my dog when I go on holiday?

No, a pet home visit for dogs and puppies is only for when you are away during the day and home to care for them at night. No dog should be left at home when their owner goes on holiday.

Q: Can you administer medication to my pet?
